IFB Onsite Fuel Supply

The Cumberland County Solid Waste Management Department is seeking bids for onsite fuel supply services. The contract will require the supplier to provide fuel tanks, fueling equipment, and fuel delivery services to two locations: the Ann Street Landfill and the Wilkes Road Processing Facility. The supplier must be able to deliver approximately 175,000 gallons of off-road diesel fuel per year, as well as smaller quantities of other fuels. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. • The supplier must provide double-walled tanks and fueling equipment at both locations. • The supplier must be able to deliver fuel to multiple sites and provide same-day service. • The supplier must be able to make deliveries on Saturdays and/or at non-typical business hours. • The supplier must continuously monitor fuel levels in all tanks. • The supplier must provide pumps and tracking systems to track fuel consumption for each piece of equipment.
