Statewide Project Technical Assistance Services

The State of Delaware’s Office of Management and Budget is seeking professional‑service firms to provide statewide Project Technical Assistance on an as‑needed basis. The scope covers geotechnical testing, civil‑engineering design, material inspections, forensic engineering investigations, and on‑site construction quality assistance. Work will be performed throughout Delaware, with a one‑year base contract and up to three optional one‑year extensions (plus a possible short‑term month‑to‑month extension).
