Budget Estimate (AI):

$600,000 – $1,200,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the unit prices provided by the bidder. The town estimates that between 17,000 and 30,000 gallons of sludge will be generated per month, at 3-6% solids. The contractor will be paid based on the unit price they bid for the transportation and transfer of the sludge. Assuming an average monthly generation of 23,500 gallons, and an average unit price of $0.10 per gallon (a rough estimate), the annual budget would be approximately $282,000. For the 32-month contract period, the total budget would be around $904,800. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget will depend on the unit price bid by the contractor and the actual amount of sludge generated during the contract period.
