Description
City of Mesa is seeking qualified vendors to supply a broad range of CPVC and PVC products—including schedule‑80 pipe, fittings, unions, valves, strainers, pressure‑relief and back‑pressure devices, degassing valves, PFA compression fittings, and FEP tubing—under a multi‑year requirements contract. The contract will be awarded on a “lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable” basis, with a three‑year base term and options to extend up to two additional years. Vendors must provide a catalog‑price discount that remains fixed for the initial term, meet stringent ASTM, ISO, and NSF specifications, and maintain required insurance and warranty obligations. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City’s Vendor Self‑Service portal by the final deadline, with all pricing sheets, questionnaires, and required certifications included.
• Scope includes 17 product groups covering CPVC/PVC pipe, fittings, valves, strainers, pressure‑relief/back‑pressure valves, degassing valves, PFA compression fittings, and FEP tubing.
• Mandatory qualifications: ≥3 years supplying similar products and full compliance with technical specs; otherwise the bid is non‑responsive.
• Contract terms: 3‑year term (renewable up to 2 years), firm discount, CPI‑U price‑adjustment window, 15‑30 day delivery, net‑30 payment, 1‑year warranty, and required insurance (CGL $1 M/$2 M, auto $1 M, workers’ comp).
