Adult Long Term Residential Services - 24

The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is issuing this Request for Response (RFR) to identify a qualified list of providers of Adult Long-Term Residential (ALTR) services. ALTR includes an array of services and supports in a home-based setting on a 24-hour basis, designed to promote the independence, health, and well-being of individuals with significant long-term physical, cognitive, sensory, health, and/or behavioral health needs. The services are long-term in nature and intended to offer individuals services within their primary residence. The RFR also includes Emergency Stabilization Residential services, which provide temporary, flexible, and individualized residential options to adults in a residential setting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To submit a response, bidders must meet at least one of the following criteria: be contracted and licensed by DDS to provide residential services, be contracted and licensed by DDS to provide Shared Living, In-Home Supports, or Community-Based Day Supports, be a Special Education Residential School, or be a residential, group home, or shelter provider for another state agency.
