Notice of Intent - Sole Source Albeni Falls Dam Sheriff Patrol Services

The USACE Seattle District intends to award a sole source contract to the Bonner County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) for daily law enforcement of civil and criminal laws of the State and County, including investigations of and enforcement of State boating laws in and immediately adjacent to project lands and recreation facilities within Bonner County, Idaho. The contract will involve providing law enforcement services at the Albeni Falls Dam. • The contract is for law enforcement services, including investigations and enforcement of State boating laws. • The services will be provided at the Albeni Falls Dam and adjacent recreation facilities. • The contract is being awarded on a sole source basis, but interested parties may still submit their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
