Body Armor

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for the procurement of Body Armor for all Commonwealth Agencies. Suppliers must register as a PA Supplier, receive a vendor number, and create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements.
