AFTAC Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) 2024

The Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) is seeking innovative solutions to meet various technology objectives in areas such as nuclear treaty monitoring, advanced detection technologies to support the counter-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and other applied technologies. The Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is a competitive solicitation of proposals focused on research and development of technologies to meet AFTAC's mission. The BAA includes topics such as geophysics and seismology, atmosphere and space, directed energy weapon, nuclear and nuclear-related materials analysis, materials modeling and analysis, enterprise-wide integration and architecture modernization, enterprise asset and lifecycle management improvements, and high-performance and secure cloud computing and DevOps solutions. • The BAA seeks proposals that span a wide spectrum of possible technical and business solutions in response to the specific technology topics stated in Attachment 6. • The Government encourages proposals that offer the best overall value to the Government. • Awards of efforts as a result of this announcement will be in the form of contracts or other transactions (OT) as codified in 10 U.S.C. §2371b (section 2371b). • The Government reserves the right to award funding to any combination of proposals which offer the best overall value to the Government.
