FY 2024 ? 2026 - Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)

The National Weather Service (NWS) is issuing a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to request applications for special projects and programs associated with NWS's strategic plan and mission goals. The BAA is a mechanism to encourage research, education, and outreach, innovative projects, or sponsorship that are not addressed through NWS' competitive discretionary programs. Eligible applicants may be institutions of higher education, nonprofits, commercial organizations, international or foreign organizations or governments, individuals, state, local, and Indian Tribal governments.
