PEPRO Communications Shelter-Six Rivers National Forest, Smith River Ranger District

The USDA Forest Service is seeking a vendor to manufacture, deliver, and install a PEPRO 6x6 Communications Shelter for the Six Rivers National Forest, Smith River Ranger District. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the vendor must be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the equipment within 20 months of contract award. The shelter will be used to support the USFS radio communications network. Key responsibilities include manufacturing, delivering, and installing the shelter, as well as removing old shelters when necessary. • The vendor must provide a price proposal and representations and certifications with their offer. • The offeror must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management to submit an offer. • The offeror must review the list of excluded parties in the System for Award Management for entities excluded from receiving federal awards for "covered telecommunications equipment or services". • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
