Albany State University Printing and Graphic Design Services - SUPPLEMENTAL BID

Albany State University is soliciting bids for vendors to provide printing, graphic design, and other related services. This is a supplemental award, and vendors awarded previously need not bid. The university is looking for suppliers to provide products and services, including printing, graphic design, and other related services, as described in the attached bid specifications. The contract will be used for purchases throughout Albany State University, and no administrative fees will be charged to suppliers. • The contract will be for an undetermined quantity of goods or services over a given period. • Suppliers may offer any items in their catalog as long as they do not conflict with any State of Georgia Mandatory Contract requirements. • Shipment destinations will be to the location indicated by the purchase order, and all shipments shall be F.O.B. destination, prepaid, and added to all invoices. • Each Authorized User's Purchase Orders will contain the Ship To address and the Bill To address of the specific Authorized User.
