Project 2780 RFP AE Services for Upper Bay Shore Entrance Re-Development

The County of Brown is seeking a full‑service architectural/engineering firm to design, bid‑support, construct‑administer, and close‑out the Upper Bay Shore entrance redevelopment at Bay Shore Park. The scope covers a ranger station, parking facilities, fish‑cleaning and boat‑wash shelters, lighting, storm‑water management, and an optional trail/overlook package, with all design phases from schematic through construction administration and warranty. The vendor must also procure and perform a geotechnical report and site survey, coordinate utility and IT requirements, and meet Wisconsin licensing and insurance standards.
