The Department of Conservation and Recreation is seeking a qualified contractor to fully reconstruct the North Wharf at New Bedford State Pier. The work includes selective demolition of existing structures, over‑sheathing of the bulkhead, installation of new pile‑supported foundations, concrete deck and pier construction, utility upgrades, and extensive marine‑environmental controls.
