Bob Sikes Fishing Pier South - Construction - RESTORE and DH017 - Re-Solicit

The City of Pensacola, via Escambia County, is seeking a qualified construction firm to rehabilitate the 1,650‑ft south portion of the Bob Sikes Fishing Pier. The work includes structural repairs (pile jackets, concrete patching, crack sealing, cathodic protection), ADA‑compliant railing and deck lighting upgrades (solar‑powered luminaires on 30‑ft aluminum poles), new pedestrian signage, a vehicular gate with bollards, and related site improvements. The pier will be closed to the public during construction. Bidders must provide lump‑sum pricing, required bonds, insurance, and all required certifications.
