Description
The City of Deerfield Beach is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the existing communications tower at the Water Treatment Plant, including the installation of a new antenna. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the project. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities.
• The project involves the rehabilitation of a communications tower and the installation of a new antenna.
• The City is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
• The successful bidder must have an active registration with the Florida Division of Corporations prior to the bid submittal deadline.
• The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement.
