Inwood Park Renovation Plan

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a multidisciplinary professional services firm to develop a comprehensive park renovation plan for Inwood Park. The scope covers Concept Design through Schematic Design, including site analysis, community engagement, historic preservation, cost estimating, and implementation planning. The consultant will lead a team of landscape architects, architects, civil and structural engineers, and public‑engagement specialists, delivering a phased plan that can be advanced to design development and construction documentation. • Deliver Concept Design (vision, programming, phasing, cost estimates) for the entire park. • Deliver Schematic Design for selected priority improvements (e.g., Dance Pavilion, historic pond, gateways, sport courts). • Provide project management, stakeholder outreach, and coordination of multidisciplinary sub‑consultants. • Produce planning‑level Opinions of Probable Construction Cost and identify grant/funding opportunities. • Complete all services within approximately 18 months after Notice to Proceed. • Required expertise: landscape architecture, historic preservation, civil/structural engineering, ADA compliance, ecological restoration, community engagement.
