REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSALS FOR OFFICE SPACE IN RICHLAND OR LEXINGTON COUNTY FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE ETHICS COMMISSION

The State of South Carolina, via its Department of Administration’s Real Property Services, is seeking proposals to lease approximately 7,900 sq ft of office space for the South Carolina State Ethics Commission. The space must be located in Richland or Lexington County and must include a detailed suite of rooms (private offices, reception, hearing room with bullet‑proof walls, conference room, break room, etc.), 33 paved lighted parking spaces, full ADA compliance, and extensive IT infrastructure (CAT‑6 cabling, LAN room, UPS, etc.). Proposals must be gross‑lease (all operating expenses included) and submitted on the FMPS‑202E form by August 31 2026.
