The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research to find qualified contractors to replace and service two walk‑in freezers in the lay‑up room at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The effort is a turnkey, one‑year service contract that includes removal of existing refrigeration systems, procurement and delivery of new low‑GWP (R454A) refrigeration units, full installation, testing, and operator training. All labor, tools, equipment, parts, and documentation must be provided, with a required lead time of no more than 10 weeks and a –10 °F temperature set‑point.
