A2: R606--RFQ: VISN16-Wide Court Reporting and Transcription - SDVOSB Set-Aside - IDC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide VISN-wide Court Reporting and Transcription Services. The acquisition is set-aside for SDVOSB concerns, and the solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through various regulations. The government expects this announcement to result in a Firm-Fixed Price Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) not to exceed five years. • The contract will be for court reporting and stenotype services. • The contractor must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) as a Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The government expects to purchase the requirements described in the attached RFQ. • The contract will have a fixed price and will be awarded for a period of up to five years.
