Hair Care Products - Canteen

The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking a respondent to provide hair care products for resale through the Canteen program. The products must meet certain specifications, including being packaged in plastic containers and not containing alcohol or glass. The contract term is anticipated to be from November 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. • The respondent must provide name-brand products or submit samples for approval. • The respondent must comply with all applicable provisions of §§24-85-101, et seq., C.R.S., and the Accessibility Standards for Individuals with a Disability. • The respondent must submit a certificate of insurance evidencing insurance coverage for the types and amounts of insurance as required by the Insurance provision in the Contract or Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. • The respondent must provide photographs of the awarded items and comply with pricing and delivery requirements.
