Real Estate Services for Getchell Switching Station

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a consultant to provide real estate services for the proposed Getchell Transmission Line. The consultant will be responsible for acquiring easements for the transmission line and will need to provide services such as negotiation, valuation, and survey coordination. The consultant will also need to research and provide vesting deeds and may need to obtain rights of entry. The project is expected to begin in April 2027 and easement acquisition is to be completed by the end of January 2027. • The consultant will need to provide a cost proposal and may need to provide valuations based on comps. • The consultant will need to coordinate with the District's survey consultant under a separate contract. • The consultant will need to provide a proposal that includes responses to Appendices A and B. • The District will process and issue payments for easements. • The consultant will need to provide a PDF proposal with the required signature(s) and a separate unlocked MS-Word version without signatures.
