Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small Form Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family 3 (SF3) Radio

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) plans to issue a Full and Open Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development and procurement of National Security Agency (NSA) certified MIDS Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small Weapons Attritable (SWARMM) Family 3 (SF3) Radios. The contract will support the development, qualification, certification, and delivery of 100 MIDS WDL SF3 terminals. The project duration is expected to be 24 months. • The RFP is estimated to be released during the fourth quarter of fiscal year (FY) 2026. • The Government anticipates issuing a single award contract. • The contract will include the development, qualification, certification, and delivery of MIDS WDL SF3 terminals. • The Government previously released a Request for Information (RFI) in August 2025.
