Instructional and Business Based Co-Curricula and Curricula Professional Services

The United Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified independent contractors to provide a wide range of instructional and business-based co-curricula and curricula professional services. The District intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors to meet its ongoing needs for these services. The scope of services includes instructional services, business services, co-curricular and extracurricular services, and other related services. Vendors must submit proposals that include company information, service description, pricing, and materials. Proposals will be evaluated based on the vendor's qualifications, experience, service description, and pricing. • The district is looking for vendors to provide services such as curriculum development and implementation, teacher training and professional development, student workshops and enrichment programs, and specialized instructional support. • Vendors must have adequate insurance and may be required to undergo a background check and/or fingerprinting process. • The contract will be a performance-based straight 3-year contract, and the district reserves the right to select any vendor from the established list of qualified vendors. • An award does not guarantee work, but rather means the vendor is pre-qualified and can be utilized should the district need the service.
