Instructional and Special Education Contracted Services

Waller Independent School District (WISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a broad suite of instructional and special‑education contracted services across the district. The contract is a negotiated, multi‑year agreement that begins 9 Oct 2026 and runs through 31 Aug 2027, with up to four optional one‑year renewals. Services may include literacy support, TEKS‑aligned instructional strategies, direct special‑education therapies (speech, OT, PT, behavioral, counseling, etc.), professional development, curriculum material creation, data‑driven training design, and customer‑service training for K‑12 environments. Vendors must submit a complete proposal package (executive summary, scope of work, financial proposal, experience summary, and required certifications) by 28 Sep 2026. Evaluation will be based on technical plan, vendor capability, alignment with district needs, and price.
