RFP for CSAH 96 (Dellwood Road) Improvement Project

The Washington County Public Works Department is seeking a consultant to provide project coordination, preliminary engineering, final design, stakeholder and public engagement, utility coordination, and environmental documentation for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 96 (Dellwood Rd.) Improvement Project. The project aims to improve the safety, mobility, and pavement condition along the CSAH 96 corridor. The scope of work includes data collection, public involvement, environmental documentation, design services, and construction plans. The consultant will be responsible for developing a public involvement plan, conducting public events and meetings, and providing project updates to the county. • The project involves a 9-mile segment of CSAH 96 from Trunk Highway 244 to Trunk Highway 95. • The project includes pavement preservation, replacement of existing guardrail, and pavement rehabilitation. • The consultant will be responsible for developing a project schedule, budget, and quality management plan. • The consultant will also be responsible for coordinating with utility companies, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
