The University of Wisconsin–Madison seeks a qualified vendor to design and build two custom‑contained processing environments for the handling, processing, and research use of the alpha‑emitter astatine‑211 (At‑211) and related radionuclides. The effort includes full engineering design, fabrication, factory and site acceptance testing, installation, integration of activated‑charcoal filtration, utility and control‑cable penetrations, ISO‑rated clean‑room zones (ISO‑8, ISO‑7, ISO‑5), training, documentation, and a one‑year warranty with an optional second‑year extension.
• Scope: Design‑build of two radiological processing “boxes” with ISO‑5 sterile dispensing, ISO‑7 processing, and ISO‑8 receiving zones, complete with lead shielding, negative‑pressure ventilation, and activated‑charcoal exhaust filtration.
• Deliverables: Detailed design documents, CAD drawings, FAT/SAT protocols, installation on‑site at the UW‑Madison Cyclotron Lab, operator training, O&M manuals, and warranty support.
• Mandatory participation: A virtual Proposer’s Conference on July 29, 2026 (mandatory for eligibility) and electronic submission via the ShopUW+ JAGGAER portal by August 17, 2026.
