Mobile Inner Tube Rental Concession at Waterworks Park

The City of Pueblo is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaires to operate a mobile inner tube rental business at Waterworks Park during the summer season. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all user training, equipment, staffing, operations, and insurance for the rental of high-quality river inner tubes and PFDs (lifejackets) to visitors. The contractor may also offer additional services such as river kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and other recreational equipment. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to renew for two successive one-year periods. • The contractor will be required to operate the business from a self-contained, mobile setup, and provide all necessary equipment and staffing. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the equipment and ensuring that it is in good working condition. • The contractor will be required to provide user training and ensure that all customers sign a waiver before using the equipment. • The contractor will be responsible for managing customer service, waivers, and general business operations. • The contractor will be required to submit monthly revenue reports to the City of Pueblo.
