The City of East St. Louis is seeking a vendor to supply smart‑ready streetlight poles, LED luminaires, mounting hardware, public‑safety cameras, emergency call stations, digital displays, wireless and cellular communications equipment, network gateways, software licenses and related warranties for a total of 70 streetlight locations across three corridors. The procurement covers only the delivery of new, unused equipment; installation, wiring, permitting, testing, commissioning, or labor services are expressly excluded. Vendors must provide detailed product specifications, cut‑sheets, lead times, delivery schedule, and technical support contacts. Proposals must be submitted in five sealed copies by August 24, 2026, 10:00 a.m., to the City Clerk’s office.
