Print Police Recruitment Banners

The City of Edmond is seeking a vendor to print police recruitment banners. The project includes two types of banners: a large retractable banner and a small retractable tabletop banner. The large banner should be one-sided, color printed, and made of 9.45 mil polypropylene/polyester material with a matte finish. The small banner should be one-sided, color printed, and made of laminated vinyl. Both banners should be retractable and have aluminum hardware. The vendor should deliver the banners within three weeks of receiving the artwork. • The large banner should be 83 inches x 32 5/8 inches x 15 inches in size and weigh 7lbs. • The small banner should be 19 inches x 11 inches x 3 inches in size and weigh 1lb. • The banners are intended for indoor use. • The vendor should provide a firm price that includes material, set-up, imprinting, and delivery.
