Mobile Site on Wheels (SOW)

The Oregon Department of Emergency Management is seeking a Mobile Site on Wheels (SOW) that can extend communication range for land mobile radio systems. The SOW should be a trailer-mounted mobile communications tower with a user-adjustable mast, constructed from galvanized carbon steel or equivalent corrosion-resistant material, and have a hydraulic system for easy deployment and retraction. The SOW will be used for emergency communications, disaster recovery, and other applications.
