The State of Delaware’s New Castle County Vocational‑Technical School District is seeking a vendor to supply and install a suite of auto‑body and automotive‑technology equipment for its Hodgson Vo‑Tech campus in Wilmington. The scope includes one drive‑up vehicle lift, a service work center, five basic work benches, a service desk, a tire‑balancer, an on‑car brake lathe, and a 12 k lb hydraulic post lift. All equipment must be new, meet detailed technical specifications, be delivered FOB destination (freight prepaid), and installed between 2 March 2026 and 31 March 2026. The contract is a firm‑price, one‑year base term (Jan 7 2026 – Jan 7 2027) with up to three optional one‑year extensions. No bid or performance bonds are required, but the vendor must provide insurance certificates, a Delaware business license, and register on the Delaware Supplier Portal. Bids (two paper copies plus one electronic copy) are due by 4:00 PM on 29 January 2026; questions must be submitted by 20 January 2026. The award will be made within 60 days of the bid opening.
