Description
The City of Ringgold is soliciting qualified architectural firms to prepare a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR), conduct required environmental reviews, and, pending grant approval, provide full design and construction‑administration services for downtown streetscape improvements, commercial rehabilitation, and new residential construction projects funded by Appalachian Regional Commission and Economic Development Administration grants. The effort includes pre‑award tasks (PAR and environmental documentation) and, if funded, post‑award design, bid management, construction observation, and final “as‑built” deliverables. The city will evaluate firms on experience with similar federally‑assisted projects, overall qualifications, and proposed approach; fees are reviewed only for reasonableness.
