2026 DOC Residential Community Services

The Connecticut Department of Correction is seeking proposals for residential community work release, mental health, transitional, and scattered sites supportive housing programs. These services will support the structured and supervised reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals into the community. The Department seeks proposals to replace its current capacity, which includes work release beds and mental health program beds for males and females, as well as work release beds designated for women and their minor children. The proposal should include the following: • Residential community work release programs • Mental health programs • Transitional and scattered-site housing programs • Work release program beds for women with children The proposal should demonstrate the ability to provide these services in the Hartford, New Haven, Waterbury, Middletown, Norwich, and/or Bridgeport regions and surrounding areas.
