Organic Pigment, Yellow 65

The State of Kansas, through Kansas Correctional Industries (KCI), is seeking a qualified vendor to supply Organic Pigment, Yellow 65 (Hansa Yellow powder) for use in waterborne traffic coatings. The contract runs for one year (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027) with an option to renew for up to three additional one‑year periods. The agency requires 25,000 lb of pigment annually, with a minimum order of 5,000 lb, packaged in 25‑lb bags on palletized, stretch‑wrapped loads not exceeding 5,000 lb per pallet. Delivery must occur between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM on weekdays, with 24‑hour prior notification. Bids are due by Sept 30 2026, 2:00 PM CST; questions must be submitted by Sept 3 2026. Mandatory bidder registration is required before the closing date.
