The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB #122‑2026) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply and deliver PPG vehicle paint and related coating supplies on an as‑needed basis to support routine maintenance, refinishing, and repair of its bus and paratransit fleet over a 24‑month period. The contract term is two years, with estimated quantities based on historical usage. Vendors must provide new, OEM‑specified products, meet packaging and labeling requirements, and be able to ship to SORTA’s receiving dock in Cincinnati, OH. Bids are to be submitted electronically by September 29, 2026, 2:00 pm. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • Supply of a detailed list of paint, hardeners, thinners, solvents, sealers, and additives (approximately 70 SKUs) • Deliveries made to 1401 Bank Street, Cincinnati, OH (Mon‑Fri, 8 am‑4 pm) • IDIQ quantity estimates for a 24‑month period; no minimum order commitments • Mandatory compliance with OEM specifications, packaging, and quality‑inspection requirements • Vendor must hold appropriate certifications, insurance, and be registered in SAM/CAGE • Evaluation based on price, responsibility, and compliance with small‑business participation policies
