REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS EMERGENCY STABILIZATION OF IMMINENTLY HAZARDOUS AND UNSAFE STRUCTURES

The City of Trenton is seeking to pre‑qualify contractors capable of rapid emergency stabilization of structures deemed imminently hazardous or unsafe throughout the city. Qualified firms will be placed on a roster and may receive individual Requests for Quotations (RFQs) on a case‑by‑case basis to perform temporary shoring, bracing, roof tarping, debris removal, site safety, and related mitigation work within 24 hours of notification. The scope includes structural stabilization (shoring, bracing, wall/foundation support), building protection (roofing, boarding, temporary weather protection), collapse prevention, site safety (traffic control, dust suppression), and miscellaneous tasks such as emergency excavation and coordination with engineers and utilities.
