The Iowa Army National Guard is soliciting quotations for the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Event, which will take place in Council Bluffs, IA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to provide the Yellow Ribbon Event in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The event is scheduled for 17-18 May 2025. The quotation should include the price for the event, which should be a firm fixed price inclusive of all labor, supervision, quality control, parts, materials, tools, and travel required to perform the required services. • The contractor must have a current, active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. • The contractor must submit invoices electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) application and will receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account listed in their SAM profile. • The quotation should include the name and address(es) of proposed Yellow Ribbon Event spaces and Lodging Rooms.
