The City of League City is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate the Dallas Salmon Waste Water Treatment Plant influent lift station (CIP #WW2103B). The work includes installing bypass pumping systems, removing and reinstalling submersible pumps, extensive concrete repair and reinforcement, installation of stainless‑steel wet‑well piping and supports, new flood‑resistant access hatches, instrumentation upgrades, and integration with the existing SCADA system. The project requires coordination of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical trades, and must comply with local flood‑plain and H₂S corrosion protection standards. • Install temporary bypass pumps and connect to SCADA for monitoring. • Remove, store, and reinstall submersible pumps with new electrical connections. • Blast‑clean, pressure‑wash, and de‑water wet wells; inspect pump bases. • Reinforce and repair concrete walls, roofs, and install protective coating. • Add flood‑resistant access hatches and vent assemblies. • Install new 316L stainless‑steel wet‑well piping, guides, supports, and gusset plates. • Paint and label all above‑ground piping and valves. • Upgrade instrumentation, waterproofing, and related electrical work.
