Request For Information (RFI) - Residential Reentry Services for Female ONLY Located Within the City Limits of Detroit, Michigan

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking information from qualified sources capable of providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement services for female offenders within the city limits of Detroit, Michigan. The services will include providing in-house beds and home confinement placements, with an estimated maximum of 12 in-house beds and 7 home confinement placements. The goal of the RRC program is to provide a supportive environment for offenders to reintegrate into society. • The RRC will provide in-house beds and home confinement placements for female offenders. • The estimated maximum number of in-house beds is 12, and the estimated maximum number of home confinement placements is 7. • The services will be provided within the city limits of Detroit, Michigan, with a home confinement radius of 150 miles. • The RRC program aims to provide a supportive environment for offenders to reintegrate into society. • The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a guaranteed minimum for the base year and an estimated maximum number of placements for both in-house and home confinement residents.
