Bidders must obtain the complete bid package from the architect’s office, provide a $50 deposit for each set of documents, and submit a sealed lump‑sum bid along with the required certifications, bid guarantee (5 % of the bid), and performance bond (100 % for contracts over $50,000). The contract will be awarded to a qualified Section 3 Business Concern with the lowest responsive bid, subject to cost thresholds, or to the next responsible bidder if Section 3 criteria are not met.
