The City of Fort Smith is seeking a qualified demolition contractor to fully raze three substandard buildings, remove all foundations, utilities, and related infrastructure, and restore the sites to a clean, graded condition. The contract requires compliance with local ordinances, asbestos handling, septic system removal, noise restrictions, and a strict 30‑day completion window after award.
