PAGERS, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY (ONE-TIME)

Palm Beach County is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of pagers. The successful quoter will be required to provide pagers that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contract will be for a one-time purchase, and the County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes. The quoter must ensure that all products meet State and Federal safety regulations and that all employees are treated equally during employment without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, disability, sex, age, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, or genetic information. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing pagers that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation • Ensuring that all products meet State and Federal safety regulations • Treating all employees equally during employment without regard to certain characteristics • Complying with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy • Providing a drug-free workplace • Not using coercion for labor or services as defined in section 787.06, Florida Statutes
