THREE YEAR CONTRACT FOR MERCHANT SERVICES

The San Antonio Water System is seeking a well-qualified Service Provider to supply cardholder present and cardholder not-present credit and debit card processing services, as well as Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) processing. The Service Provider will integrate a customer payment option for SAWS residential and commercial customers to make payments by credit and debit cards through various channels, including the SAWS customer portal, IVR, and in-person at SAWS payment centers. The contract is expected to last for three years, and the Service Provider will be responsible for processing transactions and collecting convenience fees.
