Laundry Service

The State of Hawaii Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide laundry services for the State Laboratories Division. The services will include pick-up, delivery, and all other taxes and fees for a period of one year. The vendor must include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling, delivery, or any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted. • The vendor must comply with all state and federal statutes. • The vendor must provide proof of compliance through HCE or via paper documentation. • The vendor must register at https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce via an annual subscription fee prior to responding to a solicitation. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance that meets the requirements specified in the solicitation. • The vendor must pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
