Propane Bid for 2026-27 School Year

The Sheridan County School District No. 3 is requesting bids for propane for the 2026-27 school year. The bid should include the pre-buy price for 60,000 gallons and a "Not to Exceed Price" for every gallon over 60,000 used between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027. The propane will be used for heating. • The bid must meet the criteria established by the district to be considered. • Sealed "Marked" Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM on May 12, 2026. • The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and waive any informality. • The bid can be dropped off at the District Office, mailed to PO Box 125, Clearmont, WY 82835, or electronically sent through Public Purchase.com.
