CDBG Social Services For Low To Moderate Income Persons

The County of Fresno, through its Office of Housing and Homelessness, is seeking qualified vendors to deliver a suite of social‑service programs funded by the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for low‑to‑moderate‑income (LMI) residents of unincorporated Fresno County and eight partner cities. Up to three contracts will be awarded for a base term of two years and nine months (with two optional one‑year renewals), commencing December 1 2026. Services may include employment training, crime prevention, childcare, health and substance‑abuse counseling, fair‑housing counseling, education, energy‑conservation assistance, welfare services, recreational programs, senior services, and homeless services.
