Hangar and Roll Up Door Maintenance

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide hangar door roll-up maintenance and repair services at Luke AFB. The work includes inspections, maintenance, and repairs of overhead rollup and sectional doors, as well as management support. The contract is for a five-year period. • The contractor will be responsible for semi-annual inspections and maintenance of all overhead rollup and sectional doors. • The contractor will provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs. • The contractor will provide management support for all assigned hangar roll-up doors and associated equipment. • The contractor must comply with the specifications of the proceeding contract and PWS.
