Maternal Child Health Perinatal Support

The Denver Department of Public Health & Environment is seeking a qualified consultant to assist perinatal support service providers and families in navigating the evolving perinatal resource landscape, addressing new challenges, and leveraging emerging opportunities. The consultant will work collaboratively with local organizations, help streamline service delivery, and support outreach, coordination, and doula recruitment initiatives aimed at historically underserved communities. This engagement is funded through the Denver Health & Authority Tax Fund with an anticipated budget of roughly $300,000 and a project term spanning from December 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, with a possible renewal. • Provide strategic guidance and technical assistance to perinatal service providers. • Facilitate connections between providers, families, and community resources. • Support recruitment, training, and deployment of doulas in underserved areas. • Deliver a comprehensive project plan, budget, and reporting to DDPHE. • Ensure compliance with insurance and non‑debarment requirements.
