On-Call - Alarm Parts - Access Control, ID Cards, & Intrusion Detection Systems & Door Hardware

Multnomah County is seeking suppliers to provide alarm parts and door hardware on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a term of five years, with the option for the County to extend it. The supplier will be required to provide all necessary parts, components, and equipment for access control systems, intrusion alarm systems, and related low-voltage systems. The supplier must also offer products from leading manufacturers and provide a discount off MSRP for any additional catalog items purchased. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder in each category. • Category 1: Alarm parts and equipment • Category 2: Door hardware, parts, and equipment • The contract term shall be for five years • The County reserves the right to purchase additional items not listed on the bid sheet • The supplier must be registered to do business in the State of Oregon
