Vending Machine Services

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide vending machine services for the Department of Social Services. The contractor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and restocking vending machines at various locations throughout the state. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in providing vending machine services and must meet certain minimum requirements, including providing 24-hour service and maintaining accurate records. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. • The contractor must provide vending machine services for government office buildings and roadside rest areas within the contractor's awarded region(s). • The contractor must install new vending machines or refurbished machines that are in "like new" condition. • The contractor must provide products that meet certain nutritional standards, including the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) Fit Pick Standard. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Labeling regulations. • The contractor must provide a monthly commission report detailing the sales by vending machine.
